Physical and mental fitness is essential for this trip as you are traveling to extreme weather conditions and high altitudes. To enjoy this program at its best you must start preparing yourself at least one month prior. Here are few suggestions to be followed.
Daily jogging and walking for about 6-7 kms.
Healthy diet with maximum intake of fresh fruits and vegetables.
Exercise and practice breathing exercise (Pranayam) regularly.
It is advised to drink plenty of water to remain hydrated before and during the journey.

In Nepal INR 500 and 2000 rupee notes are not valid please carry smaller denomination notes.

The organization will not be responsible if someone misses their flight on account of any reason.
CHINA INDIA PILGRIMAGE SERVICE CENTER located in Lhasa, Tibet, the sole organizer for handling Indian travelers traveling to Kailash Mansarovar has the right to reject permit for the group.
Likewise, the THE TIBET TOURISM BUREAU located in Lhasa handling NRI & Foreign nationals has the right to reject permits for the group.
