By submitting the completed Booking Form, you agree to accept the following conditions that constitute the agreement between Dr. Archika Foundation and you. Previous dealings will not vary these conditions. Any variation of these conditions will not be applicable unless in consent and signed by a person so authorized by Dr. Archika Foundation.

1. Trip Booking & Advance Payment

To reserve your seat for the journey, kindly complete the Booking Form and send it with the Non-Refundable Advance payment of INR 11,000 per person for Indian nationality or USD 250 per person for other than Indian nationality for Kailash Yatra.

2. Full Payment

Full Payment has to be deposited before 30 days of the departure date. The journey will begin after full payment only.

3. Change of Journey date

The journey date is generally final.

5. Medical Disclosure

You declare that:

You are in sound mental and physical health at the time of booking this journey.

6. Route Changes, Postponement, Cancellation or Delay

Dr. Archika Foundation reserves the right to:

• Change the date of journey or conclusion of the journey, or
• Modify any part of the journey, or
• Cancel or change any routes or itinerary, or
• Substitute different routes in place of cancelled routes, or postpone, cancel or delay, any aspect of the Mount Kailash tour due to any natural or man-made circumstances that may impact the safety of the travellers.

Now traveller will have the right of refund (whether in whole or in part) and no right to claim compensation for any injury, loss or damage or any additional expense incurred due to the change, modification, cancellation, delay, or postponement of the journey.

Dr. Archika Foundation also reserves, in its absolute discretion, the right to cancel any journey due to any government advisory.

7. Insurance

Personal travel insurance is not included in journey charges. You may ensure that you are adequately insured for the full duration of the journey in respect of illness, injury, death, loss of valuables and cancellation.

10. Risk Statement

You fully accept and agree to assume risks linked with the journey and agree to abide by the terms and conditions of Dr. Archika Foundation as described herein and its publications. I am traveling at my own risk and I understand that. In the event of illness, mishap, weather, political and other factors beyond control, I will not hold Dr. Archika Foundation responsible or liable for damages.
