Dr. Archika Foundation wants you to fulfill your wish to embark on the journey to Mount Kailash and complete it successfully. However, we are not responsible for any cancellation due to any dispute, Technical problems in any type of transport we use, late arrivals or force majeure, or any valuables beyond our control.

After booking, if you wish to cancel your journey, you must notify Dr. Archika Foundation in writing. Once we receive your request, cancellation will take effect subject to the following:

INR: 30,000 /- Per Person non Refundable after booking proceed

15 days before departure 50% of entire trip cost.

10 days before departure 90% of entire trip cost.

07 days/less departure 100% of total cost.

Cancellation request must be sent to our office in written. Verbal cancellations won’t be entertained
