Dr. Archika Didi is a well-known spiritual guru and philanthropist. At present, she is actively working towards society upliftment through her various initiatives. As the chairperson of Dr. Archika Foundation, she has been empowering the society by lending a helping hand to the downtrodden people. She is also running Karuna Sindhu Charitable Hospital where people are given quality healthcare services at a very nominal cost.

On the other hand, Dr. Archika Didi, as a spiritual guru, has been spreading the message of universal peace and brotherhood. Through her mantra “Dhyana Yoga Se Vishwa Shanti” (Achieving Universal Peace Through Yog Meditation), she has been guiding people to live a meaningful life based on the principles of Yog Meditation.

Rameshwaram

Rameshwaram is a seaside holy town located on Pamban Island in Tamil Nadu’s Ramanathapuram District. Adi Shankaracharya selected it as one of the four pilgrimage places – the Char Dham of India. Here lies the world famous Ramanathaswamy Temple which is highly regarded for being one of the 12 Jyotirlingas. Devotees from every part of the world come here to pay their obeisance to Lord Shiva.

The pilgrimage to Rameshwaram is being organised by Dr. Archika Foundation – an NGO working towards strengthening the values of humanity, brotherhood and benevolence. Our NGO regularly conducts special tours to various pilgrimage sites of India. However, these holy journeys are not only meant for religious purposes. Our every yatra features Dr. Archika Didi’s intense meditation sessions where people have experienced life-changing moments. This sets us apart from other players working in the same field.

Showcasing the mind-boggling Dravidian style of architecture, the Ramanathaswamy Temple is equally revered by Vaishnavites as Lord Rama, the seventh incarnation of Lord Vishnu, worshipped here Lord Shiva after killing Ravana as an act of penance.

The legendry temple is also distinguished for its two lingams. According to holy scriptures, upon Lord Rama’s request, Lord Hanuman went to the Himalayas to get a lingam. As Hanuman ji could not bring the lingam on time, Mata Sita made a lingam out of sand. Lord Rama worshiped this sand lingam for his sadhana.

It was Rameshwaram from where Lord Rama undertook the journey to get back His wife Sita from Ravana. For this, a bridge ‘Rama Setu’ was constructed with the help of monkeys, humans and Lord Hanuman. Today, it is submerged in water and also known as Adam’s Bridge.
